The reason some people have been unable to install it is because of the OS version 10.0.9. Something build which comes with BB Z10. You have to be on OS version 10.0.10.261 at least for whatsapp to work.

I had to install the leaked autoloader of the OS version, because non of our Carriers has pushed OS updates yet. Right now I’m on OS version 10.0.10.648 which I also got the leaked autoloader online.
